TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Goodlettsville

The front desk employees were friendly. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice small kitchen with table and 4 chairs. The bathroom was good sized with a large walk in shower. The bathroom really needed some paint touch up especially on the trim. Some new caulking too. The breakfast wasn't very good. For the prepared hot food there were only a few pieces of dried up ham and the driest fried eggs imaginable. There was a waffle machine, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit and cereal. Other reviews have complained about highway noise. Our room was away from the highway, so that wasn't a problem but for hours we heard kids above us running and jumping on the floor. But I do think there was decent soundproofing because we never heard anyone else.

Young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. Brittany assisted us in finding a place to dine in at. She was quite knowledgeable about the place in the area to go and shop.

Location is nice as I was there for business. Rooms are ok. Amenities like gym are not well maintained.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the TownePlace Suites in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and it's largely thanks to the exceptional front desk staff, particularly Skyler, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable! We arrived at the hotel feeling stressed and frustrated after a disappointing experience at another hotel we had originally booked, but Skyler's outstanding service and professionalism completely turned things around. Not only did she efficiently handle our booking, but she also ensured that our stay with them was stress-free and wonderful. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, with great food options, incredibly comfortable beds, and an overall warm atmosphere. However, it was the staff's kindness, hospitality, and dedication to making our stay special that truly made our experience stand out. We would wholeheartedly recommend the TownePlace Suites in Goodlettsville to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay, and we can't praise Skyler and the rest of the team enough for their excellent service and warm welcome! The room is literally like a mini apartment. It has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and even dishes. The room as well as the entire hotel was very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers great value with its spacious,clean suites and fantastic amenities. But what really makes it stand out are its people. Between Toni's exceptional service at the front desk and the dedication of the housekeeping team, I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

No hastle check in Easy check out Breakfast looked good Liked the carafe of half and half for the coffee If I didn't have a vehicle the hotel is located in an area I would be able to walk to restaurants and a grocery. Maintenance needs yo figure out how to keep the wall by the shower from rotting away from constantly getting wet. Green board backing, full shower doors. would be fresher if they did away with the ugly carpet. Surprisingly quite room with the interstate behind the hotel

We stopped in here just for a single overnight stay on a road trip. The location was nice, not sketchy and parking was good. Lots of convenience restaurants nearby. The hotel was pretty nice, quiet, and clean. Seemed like our room had recently been renovated. The breakfast was really great and the staff we talked to seemed friendly.
